The Penalty Matrix (1 CEU)
The Move to BHEC is coming and the changes are happening very fast! New website look and content, and a new Penalty Matrix! That's right, now you can not only know what the complaint is that's been filed against you but you now have the ability to view the same Penalty Matrix that your Board will be using to determine your punishment. The new Penalty Matrix is a part of the freshly overhauled Complaint Process so you'll want to be familiar with that, as well as how to properly draft a complaint response letter. Might as well get started before the postman arrives!
